Telescopic Sliding Doors
Telescopic sliding doors are linear models with more than one door leaf per side. The inner door is connected to the outer via deflection rollers, and slides at twice the speed. This enables rapid opening in very wide passages. The record uk telescopic door is especially suitable where passagways are narrow but the widest possible passage is required to accommodate pedestrian traffic.
record TSA 20
Linear telescopic sliding door record TSA 20 – the all rounder
Where an opening needs to be as wide as possible record's two or four leaf telescopic sliding doors provide an impressive alternative to sliding doors. In comparison with the traditional sliding door, they take up about 30 % less space thanks to their narrower leaves, and yet can cover especially large opening widths of up to 4 000 mm. The maximum door weights range from 2 x 130 kg for single, and 4 x 90 kg for telescopic sliding doors on both sides. These telescopic doors use the same robust and extremely reliable record system 20 which fulfils 2006 / 42 / EG industrial guidelines for machines, DIN 18650 as well as meeting all relevant national and international standards.
record TSA 22
Linear telescopic sliding door record TSA 22 – for entrance openings as wide as possible with heavier or taller doors than average
Where the entrance opening needs to be as wide as possible but the required doors are heavier or taller than average, a more robust telescopic door system may be required. The record TSA 22 provides optimum power via its heavier duty operating arm. The drive operator housing on the TSA 22 is available at a height of 200 mm. As with the standard telescopic sliding door the record TSA 22 takes up about 30 % less space than the traditional sliding door thanks to their narrower leaves, and yet can also cover large opening widths of up to 4 000 mm. The maximum door weights range from 2 x 170 kg for single, and 4 x 130 kg for telescopic sliding doors on both sides. As to be expected the record TSA 22 fulfils 2006 / 42 / EG industrial guidelines for machines, DIN 18650 as well as meeting all relevant national and international standards.
record THERMCORD telescope
record THERMCORD telescope is an automatic door system that has thermally separated door profiles with heat insulating properties. The ift Rosenheim determined an achievable heat transmission coefficient (UD) of 1.4 W / m2 K featuring approved insulating glazing. In conjunction with matching insulating glazing and corresponding side panels, the THERMCORD telescope is primarily used as an external door in areas where – even temporarily – there is a high temperature gradient and the space conditions are not optimal.
The THERMCORD telescope is the first telescopic sliding door with thermally insulated profiles that can hardly be distinguished from standard profiles in size. Its filigree construction makes it possible to combine architectural wishes with energy requirements, even in tight spaces.
The ift Rosenheim determined an achievable heat transmission coefficient (UD) of 1.4 W / m2 K featuring approved insulating glazing. THERMCORD is employed as an inside or outside door in areas with, even temporarily, a high temperature differential.
record CLEAN T2
Hygienic Telescopic Doors
The record CLEAN T2 is an automatic telescopic sliding door system specially designed for operating theatres and any other clean rooms with hygienic requirements such as in clinics, research and laboratory rooms, pharmaceutical production facilities, quarantine zones and clean rooms for the production of foodstuffs. They provide practical functionality and wholly cleanable surfaces. Thanks to their narrower door leaves, they require about 30 % less space compared to standard sliding doors. The system is also low-noise in operation.
