record TSA 22 – heavy duty telescopic sliding door

Linear telescopic sliding door record TSA 22 – for entrance openings as wide as possible with heavier or taller doors than average

Where the entrance opening needs to be as wide as possible but the required doors are heavier or taller than average, a more robust telescopic door system may be required. The record TSA 22 provides optimum power via its heavier duty operating arm. The drive operator housing on the TSA 22 is available at a height of 200 mm. As with the standard telescopic sliding door the record TSA 22 takes up about 30 % less space than the traditional sliding door thanks to their narrower leaves, and yet can also cover large opening widths of up to 4 000 mm. The maximum door weights range from 2 x 170 kg for single, and 4 x 130 kg for telescopic sliding doors on both sides. As to be expected the record TSA 22 fulfils 2006 / 42 /  EG industrial guidelines for machines, DIN 18650 as well as meeting all relevant national and international standards.

The heavier duty drive of the record TSA 22 does not mean a noisier performance. The quietness and smoothness of its operation is impressive and perhaps the most striking feature of record automatic doors. Our combination of short, low-momentum toothed belts, rollers made from hard-wearing, low-noise plastic, acoustically decoupled running tracks, guide pulley wheels with ball bearings and door leaf guides with specially developed guide profiles all contribute to an exceptionally quiet running door. This precision engineering can also be seen in the harmonious sequence of door leaf movements.

  • impressive in construction and operation
  • two or four leaf telescopic sliding doors
  • the installation takes up about 30 % less space thanks to the design using narrower leaves
  • drive unit heights for TSA 22 and DUO version are available in 200 mm.
  • exceptionally quiet and smooth operation
  • precision engineering
  • components communicate with one another interactively enhancing safety and security
  • continuous monitoring of component status

  • the installation takes up about 30 % less space thanks to the design using narrower leaves
  • the drive unit can be fitted to the lintel, be freestanding or integrated in the ceiling
  • thanks to its learning capacity, the potential of the unit to malfunction is reduced to a minimum
