record's CLEAN K1-A is a single leaf sliding door, which is easy to clean and can meet a range of requirements including:

  1. the large range of materials available as inserts for the door leaf core
  2. the range of surface finishes available 
  3. the wide range of design for the door frames and sealing system 
  4. the ability to adapt the door with hermetic sealing capability

Hermetic sealing prevents or minimises air flow and hence the transmission of bacteria or particles via air flow. In environments such as clinics, research and laboratory rooms, pharmaceutical production facilities, quarantine zones and clean rooms for the production of foodstuffs, this door provides hermetic closing and an easily cleanable surface.

record's CLEAN K2-A is a double-leaf automatic sliding door especially designed to have a hermetic sealing capability for use in operating theatres and any other clean rooms with requirements for a high level of hygiene, where the aim is to prevent or minimise the transmission of bacteria or particles via air flow.

In environments such as clinics, research and laboratory rooms, pharmaceutical production facilities, quarantine zones and clean rooms for the production of foodstuffs, this door provides hermetic closing and an easily cleanable surface. These sliding doors are manufactured from a wide range of materials and are available in a range of attractive finishes. In addition, a large range of materials is available for the cores of the door to provide, for example, protection against electrons, x-rays and gamma rays, fire and smoke. All adaptions are certified. 

record CLEAN T2

The record CLEAN T2  is an automatic telescopic sliding door system specially designed for operating theatres and any other clean rooms with hygienic requirements such as in clinics, research and laboratory rooms, pharmaceutical production facilities, quarantine zones and clean rooms for the production of foodstuffs. They provide practical functionality and wholly cleanable surfaces. Thanks to their narrower door leaves, they require about 30 % less space compared to standard sliding doors.The system is also low-noise in operation.

The record THERMCORD is an automatic door system that has thermally separated door profiles with heat insulating properties. The ift Rosenheim determined an achievable heat transmission coefficient (UD) of 1.4 W / m2 K featuring approved insulating glazing. THERMCORD is employed as an inside or outside door in areas with, even temporarily, a high-temperature differential.

THERMCORD has been developed entirely in-house – from the original idea to market introduction. The in-house development has allowed us to focus on and implement specific features which are of particular importance to the use as a door system. Barely distinguishable except for its thermal performance, THERMCORD can be subtly incorporated into your global concept and is therefore perfectly suited to replace old installations and complete conventional door systems where a more temperature efficient solution desirable.
