News – 11/02/2021 National Apprenticeship Week 8th - 12th February
record uk is pleased to announce that in conjunction with ADSA and South Staffordshire College we have enrolled 4 apprentices to join the Powered Pedestrian (automatic) Doors Installer and Service Engineer Apprenticeship starting on the 15th March.
The Apprenticeship will provide the relevant health and safety and electrical and mechanical training that door industry apprentices require. Lasting 24 months the apprentices will cover training on installing doors, maintaining doors, finding faults, fixing faults and removal of doors.
Once qualified, it can lead to jobs as Automatic Door Technician/Engineer, Automatic Pedestrian Door Technician/Engineers, Automatic Door Service Technician/Engineer, Automatic Pedestrian Door Service Technician/Engineer.
As part of our Investors in Young People Accreditation, we are constantly looking to attract the best talent and strive to recruit young people into our organisation. As a result, we will be looking for more apprentices to join us in the summer.
