Regional Service Sales Manager - North

We have the ambition to grow substantially from our current position and to support this growth, we are seeking to recruit a strong Regional Service Sales
Manager responsible for the North of England and Scotland, to deliver sales and profitability for a specific geographical area in line with the business plan.

Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Service Sales Manager to build on our existing customer base and develop a territory with a strong set of
new clients within the North of the UK. The role comes with significant autonomy and the ability to make a real difference in an energetic and successful company.
Reporting initially to the Sales Director, but in future to the UK Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strategically planning your region and
securing new maintenance contract sales for the Service division of record uk. The right candidate will have a high level of self-motivation and a track
record of delivering growth and exceeding targets. They will be a strong sales professional who performs best when developing trusting, long term
relationships with customers.
Areas of Responsibility/Tasks
1) Identify & secure new Customers to deliver agreed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and focused targeted activity
2) Introduce customers to the value proposition of our excellent range of Service solutions to secure a greater share of the market
3) Generate structured Sales Lead demand for the Install side of the business, pipeline management and forecasting
4) Understand customers and the market to enable value pricing and margin improvement
1) Able to demonstrate a high level of understanding of the sales process
2) Minimum 5 Years Sales Experience
3) Ability to take a lead role in new business negotiations and be responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

1) Home location needs to be in the North of the UK, ideally close to one of the large Northern cities

1) Minimum 5 years commercial experience in a Service Sales Role. Direct, construction and/or specification sales an advantage but not essential.
2) Must demonstrate you can develop and manage a sales plan
