Record 24⁷ are Record UK’s division which specialises in the repair and maintenance of automatic and manual door systems. From their offices within Record’s Headquarters they offer a competitive and reliable service in all areas of the UK. With a fleet of liveried vans positioned around the UK our trained engineers are on call to attend to emergencies 24 hours a day.

Reactive Repairs

Record 24⁷ attend to reactive repairs to all types of commercial doors including all brands of door automation, manual doors and roller shutters. With teams of repair engineers throughout the UK we can attend to doors in most cases on the same day. We also, through stocking our vans with common components attempt to complete repairs in one visit where possible.

As with servicing Record 24⁷ will attend to repairs and breakdowns of all types of automatic door systems and whilst we will not always have others relevant parts we are able to source these throughout the trade.

Spare Parts

Record 24⁷also look after the supply and distribution of all Record UK spare parts, large stocks of common parts are stocked in Wishaw, Batley and Farnborough where they can be uplifted or sent out for next day delivery.

Planned Maintenance

As stated in the British Standards (BS7036) automatic door installations should be serviced regularly by trained and knowledgeable engineers. Apart from ensuring that you have a safe installation regular servicing will increase the lifetime you can expect to get from your equipment especially if you have a busy entrance opening and closing doors all day.

Record 24⁷ offer special discounts on maintenance agreements signed up during your warranty period with record UK, these agreements also have reduced rates for spare parts as well as reduced call out charges should you require an emergency call out for whatever reason.

Record 24⁷ can look after all types of automatic door systems and are not limited to looking after record product. Manual doors should also be regularly maintained, a loose uncontrolled manual door, where the closer has failed, has the potential to cause serious injury to anyone hit or trapped by it.
